**Refund**

At, Poured Pink we take pride in our handmade creations and your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy below for details regarding in-stock and custom orders.

**In-Stock Items**

- Refund: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving your order.

- Condition of Items: To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

**Custom Orders**

- Eligibility for Refund: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we cannot offer refunds unless the item is defective or not as described.

- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a custom order that is defective or inaccurate, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will work with you to offer a replacement or fix the issue at no additional cost.

- Cancellations: Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After this period, we may not be able to issue a refund due to materials and labor costs already incurred.

**How to Initiate a Return or Request a Refund**

**Exclusions**

- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or refunded.

- Personalized Items: Items that have been specifically customized for you cannot be returned unless defective.
